Students at Sanger Leadership

The Sanger Leadership Center at Michigan Ross is offering a leadership development opportunity for all undergraduate juniors, seniors, and all graduate students called the Ross Leaders Academy (RLA).

Summary of the program:
RLA is a leadership development community designed to help students maximize their learning from their current U-M activities, courses, and internship experiences. The program consists of 12 sessions, held on Friday afternoons October-April, which are led by Sanger staff and other guest facilitators. Students are also offered two team-based executive coaching sessions with an executive coach. The program will be offered free of cost to ~50 selected high-potential students.
