The Office of Student Conflict Resolution (OSCR) is excited to be searching for a new Program Manager of Adaptable Conflict Resolution (ACR). We are bringing four candidates to campus on July 26 and July 27. This role is tasked with working strategically with divisional and institutional partners to further the peacebuilding mission of OSCR through increasingly collaborative partnerships, and to provide consultations and referrals to members of the community related to conflict resolution. Accordingly, we would love your input in the search process!
Dates and times for campus partners to meet the candidates are listed below. As a required qualification for the role is experience with group facilitation processes, we will be asking candidates to demonstrate their skills in group facilitation. Each candidate may take a different approach to the task, so do note that this time with the candidates will be somewhat atypical from more traditional Student Life candidate presentations.
Candidate group facilitation with campus partners and stakeholders:
- Thursday, July 26th 9:00 a.m.
- Thursday, July 26th 1:00 p.m.
- Friday July 27th 9:00 a.m.
- Friday, July 27th 3:00 p.m.
Please RSVP here if you will be attending so we can know how many to expect, and so we can share the room location and candidate materials with you.
If you have any questions, please contact Carly Friedrich at 734-936-6308 or firstname.lastname@example.org - thank you.
