Building a Better Michigan (BBM) is a student advisory group that does just what its name suggests: it strives to improve student life at the University of Michigan. BBM will be holding a Town Hall on Monday, Sept. 24th from 7:00pm-9:00pm in the Henderson Room of the Michigan League where you can stop in and learn about what BBM has done, what they plan to do, and how you can get involved!

Express Yourself at UMix Late Night! Join us at the Michigan Union, Friday September 21 at 10pm, for a night of dance, art, poetry, music, and improv comedy. Enjoy performances by Michigan student organizations, participate in workshops, and make your own digital spray paint graffiti. Our movie this week will be "Rock of Ages," and as always, free food served at midnight!

There are lots of new exciting changes happening for student organizations at the University of Michigan.
Thirty blue bicycles, featuring a "blue bike" decal, are available to students, faculty and staff for daily, weekend and semester rentals. Rates begin at $5 for a daily rental, $11 for the weekend and $75 for the semester. The bikes are available at two campus locations: Outdoor Adventures and the North Campus Recreational Building.
The first event in the Social Justice Speaker Series will be held Tuesday, September 18th at 6:00pm in the Michigan League Ballroom and feature speaker Michael Benitez, Jr. In partnership with Latino Heritage Month the keynote will address leadership, activism, and communal formation in 21st Century America.
