Rooting for Change

Save the date! Rooting For Change, the University of Michigan’s Sustainable Food Program (UMSFP)’s Student Food Summit, will take place on Wednesday, March 24 and Thursday, March 25, from 5-8 p.m.  The summit will include conversation about food systems, network with fellow sustainable foodies, participate in learning workshops, listen to tiny talks on food justice and more.

 The two-day summit will consist of Zoom webinars and learn-shops, as well as an optional networking happy hour after Wednesday's session. While learn-shop sessions and the happy hour are specifically for students like yours, anyone is welcome to attend the Tiny Talks and Keynote Zoom webinars.

Your student can register to attend some or all of Rooting for Change.
