U-M students get active in many ways, and Student Life is there to support them. Any day on campus you can search the UM*Events Calendar for fun, educational, and inspiring things to do. Or see the University Activities Center to find out what the Victors do in their spare time. Student Life’s Recreational Sports offers almost endless opportunities to get active, including 4  indoor facilities, Outdoor Adventures’ bike rentals, indoor rock climbing wall, and backpacking, and the Challenge Program’s experiential team building programs, including an outdoors ropes course. And Wolverine Wellness nurtures a healthy campus community with coaching and educational programs on tobacco cessation, safer sex, alcohol, healthy eating and sleeping habits and much more.
