Parent & Family Weekend 2024 Registration
Registration is required. Advance registration will open online Wednesday, August 7, 2024 at noon EST, and continue through Wednesday, August 25, 2024 at 5:00 PM EST. In-person registration will be available at PFW Check-in on September 27th.

Registration Fee Waiver
We recognize that the financial commitment can be a barrier to attending Parent & Family Weekend (September 27-29, 2024). While many no-cost opportunities are offered throughout the weekend, other events, travel, and the $60 registration fee can be prohibitive.
The Parent & Family Weekend Fee Waiver is designed to assist the families of those students with financial need, as demonstrated by the student’s financial aid package. Priority consideration will be given to those students receiving the Go Blue Guarantee and/or based on their financial aid applications, as determined by the Office of Financial Aid. Any parent or guardian of a current, full-time undergraduate student receiving financial aid can apply for a Parent & Family Weekend Fee Waiver. The fee waiver allows access to the weekend and no-cost activities but does not pay for football tickets, travel costs, or other fee-based events.
The fee waiver application opens June 25, 2024, at noon EST, and closes on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at noon EST. Families will be emailed with the decision regarding the fee waiver by August 2nd. Families who receive a fee waiver must register for Parent & Family Weekend in August.
All application and Parent & Family Weekend fee waiver decisions will remain confidential. Recipients will be privately notified and will not be publicly identified.
