Spiritual wellness - A gathering for growth and belonging

In a world often marked by loneliness and division, this workshop offers a welcoming space to explore spiritual wellness, connection, and purpose. This 8-week journey invites undergraduate students to deepen their sense of self, community, and the sacred—no matter their background or belief.
Through guided practices, reflection, wisdom sharing, and rich connections in a small group setting, participants will nurture spiritual growth, authentic relationships, and a sense of belonging.

Making Meaning: Discussion group on mental health and spirituality

Join RSSL for a four-week session to learn with others how spirituality and mental health impact each other. People of all worldview traditions are welcomed.
Facilitated by CAPS and RSSL. Limited to 12 participants. Open to any undergraduate student.
