Michigan Dining serves the campus community through 12 on-campus cafés, seven markets, seven residential dining halls, a line of Blue to Go foods, and the Michigan Catering unit. Across campus and all dining operations, MDining emphasizes creative, healthy, and nutritious foods, international cuisines, and sustainability. In addition to recognition from the National Association of College and University Food Service (including Gold Awards for East Quad, South Quad, and Fireside Café), MDining is recognized nationally for our innovative online nutrition and allergy management program and our efforts to accommodate students with special dietary needs.
