Holiday Greetings

Student Life at the University of Michigan sends warmest greetings and best wishes for the new year!  May your holidays be filled with laughter, peace, and love.

One tradition of the holiday season is to reflect on the past and make resolutions for the future. That tradition mirrors the University of Michigan's resolve to develop leaders and citizens who will challenge the present and enrich the future. Our mission fosters a great community in which students grow and learn. And we thank you for allowing us to support and guide your student during their time here on campus.

We hope your holidays bring opportunities to reconnect with your student before Winter classes resume on Wednesday, January 3, 2018.

If we can be of assistance, please do not hesitate to email or call (734) 764-5132.

Happy holidays,
E. Royster Harper

Making the Most of Michigan

The value of a Michigan education goes far beyond the classroom walls. Students who engage with the campus community outside of the classroom will not only have an impressive resume to accompany their diploma but also will have acquired a greater perspective on the world around us.

The Off-Campus Housing Search

The search for 2018-2019 housing can sneak up on your student quickly this fall. Many students will sign a lease before they leave for winter break.  As a parent, you can play an important role in the housing search process.
